With Katie-Bear's animal friends being introduced into the story and the day naturally progressing from home to school and back to home, it held the interest of my two-year old daughter who is notorious for getting up and leaving in the middle of a book. We finished it the first time (all five little stories), and she handed it back to me and said, "Again!" If that's not an endorsement, I don't know what is. The illustrations were a little too simple for my taste, but my daughter liked them. I thought the story compensated for the illustrations, and in the end it all came together. Good book for little ones and not annoying to the parents who have to read it over and over. I recommend it. Wonderful new kiddie book!" March 28, 2008

"I have read this little book to my grandkids and they loved it! Several of my friends have also bought the book for their own children and the grandkids too. There has been much ado about this little Kindergarten bear and her many adventures and friends! I definitely would recommend it for all little ones who love stories!

"My daughter bought two (one for each child) and my 2 year old granddaughter listened to it all the way through (she usually hops up in the middle of a book and wanders off)! I had to read it through twice to her and so did her Mama and Grampa! Then she ran to her Daddy and said: "Oh Daddy! Gramma wrote a book, just for me!" That was really a heart-warming thing to hear! I believe all kids will love this little bear-cub and all her many friends!
